I hope all you local people are planning on attending the Quilt Expo in Madison, WI on September 4-6, 2014. This is one of my favorite shows. 

I just love Nancy Zieman and anything that she is connected with is always so well organized, attended and displayed.

Of course Nancy will be there roaming around the show and you can always go up to her and introduce yourself and get a quick picture with a quilting legend. She is just so welcoming.

Laura and I will have a booth there with all our gorgeous hand dyed fabrics, threads and fusible patterns.

We are in booth #835 – I hope you stop by and say hello and certainly buy yourself a piece of one of a kind beautiful fabric 🙂

Laura and I will each be teaching a few classes as well. If you haven’t signed up for either of our classes it is not too late.

My class PEACE ; a fused wall hanging is on two days, Thursday at 9 a.m. and Friday at 9 a.m.

You need very little in the way of supplies as this class comes PRE-FUSED with my hand dyed fabric.

All you need to bring is a rotary cutter, mat and ruler. I’ll have all the rest there for you. The pattern PEACE is one of three in the pattern package that you will receive in this class.

This class is an easy and fun project. You will have the top done when you walk out of my room and all you have to do is go home and finish it up just in time to hang for the holidays.

It makes a very festive front door decoration as well as a fun gift to give or hang on your own wall.
