I love getting email from people I know, not advertisements.

Ruby wrote me yesterday. I had never meet Ruby until a few weeks ago, well I don’t think I had meet her, I meet so many people while out teaching and vending.

Ruby contacted me before going to Quilt Colorado a month ago to make sure I brought along a few extra’s of my book Fabric to Dye For.  She and her friends wanted to have a dye day.

These are the results.

Thought I would send a couple of pictures – one is a picture of our Quilt Club dyeing our fabric this weekend (Amber, Terri, Ann, and I). Also attached is my finished fabric – I did cotton, white on white, and a few pieces of silk cotton. We all had SO much fun – thanks for all your guidance via the book!
