I don’t know about you but I seldom REALLY clean up my studio space.
It seems like I go from one project to the next always in a hurry to meet a deadline. I just surface clean to make room for the next thing.
I am going out of town for the next two weeks to teach on a quilting cruise through the Panama Canal and up the coast of Mexico. It should be fabulous and I am sorry if you are not going with me 🙂
But since I will be gone and all my projects are caught up to this moment I am picking up and putting away. It always feels so good to get everything in its proper place, I just run out of energy at the end of the day to do that on a regular basis.

Georgie doesn’t know it yet but he has to spend a few days at the kennel until our son can claim him. Oh well, he will lose a few pounds and get a bath and have his nails clipped, is that like being on vacation?
